What this actually makes

Kindles do not normally let you set a custom lock screen image directly. This tool packages your image as a small EPUB with your picture as the cover. Send that EPUB to your Kindle, enable Amazon’s Display Cover feature, then open the book once. Need to send it over? Use Send to Kindle. Works best on newer ad-free Kindles with Amazon’s Display Cover feature enabled.
