Normalize a messy export

Trim cell edges Removes leading and trailing spaces from each cell. Collapse extra spaces Turns repeated spaces inside a cell into one space. Drop empty rows Removes rows where every cell is blank after cleaning. Remove empty columns Deletes columns that are blank in every remaining row. Pad short rows Keeps each output row the same width.

Quote-aware

Quoted cells, escaped quotes and line breaks inside quoted values are parsed before the output is rebuilt.
